Raspberry Tea Smoothie:
1 cup of raspberry herbal ice tea
1 cup of frozen raspberries
1 cup of vanilla yogurt
Whip ingredients together until smooth in a blender or smoothie maker.
Irish Breakfast Smoothie-
1 cup of strong Irish Breakfast tea, chilled.
1 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 cup cranberry juice
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1/2 banana
Mix all ingredients together in a blender until smooth and creamy. Do not overblend!
